With 19 years of service in Catholic education, Mrs. Brack has contributed significantly to the growth of students both in academics and faith development. Mrs. Brack is an enthusiastic, faith-filled administrator, who possesses outstanding communication and organizational skills, being able to effectively collaborate with team members, establish quality relationships with shareholders and embrace change.
Mrs. Jane Brack has served St. Vivian Catholic School most recently as the Principal for the last five years. In that time, she has set overall faith culture for school, maintained fast-paced, multitasking office, Set overall vision and provided team leadership, stabilized the declining enrollment, added 3-5 year old preschool, developed school-wide STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Art, Math) program, implemented Foreign Language program for grades 4-8, and innovative technology - 3D printer and robotics. Mrs. Brack is known as a competent, confident, and can-do person capable of stepping in wherever she’s needed most.
Graduating Summa cum laude in all her education from Indiana University East, Indiana Wesleyan University, and Xavier University, Cincinnati, she is well qualified for this new leadership responsibility. She is dedicated to preparing each student with 21st century skills and knowledge to be productive members of society. Mrs. Brack is a strong collaborator and a faith-based educator with a strong Catholic identity and dedication.
She is a member of St. Michael Parish in Brookville, IN where she is a member of the school commission. Mrs. Brack and her husband Rob have 3 children and 5 grandchildren and live on their family farm in Brookville. She is an avid horsewoman competing at the national and international level holding many titles including a reserve world champion. She enjoys antiques, flower gardening and spending time with her family.
