The Hubbard Distribution Committee meets twice a year – May and September. The deadline for May meeting for all applications is April 15 and the deadline for all applications for the September meeting is August 31.
It is a mandatory requirement that all applications should be completed electronically on the fillable application forms found below. All hand-written forms will be returned for resubmission. Please provide all information on the form. You will be notified of the receipt of the application as we receive them. Final decision will be notified after the Hubbard committee meetings in May and September.
Check requests for reimbursements for all approved grants must be electronically completed on the fillable form below. All hand-written forms will be returned for resubmission. Please remember to write down the assigned grant number.

Scholarship is available from the John and Gertrude Hubbard Fund
for parishioners who will be attending a Catholic College of
University. A new application must be filled out for each school year. The scholarship packets containing all forms and information needed can be found in the back of each church and at the Catholic Office. For any questions, please contact the Hubbard Committee at [email protected]
