Precautionary Measures Being Taken
- Suspension of cups: We have suspended the cups but please know that Jesus is present entirely and wholly in one species, bread.
- Holy Water Font: We will empty all Holy water fonts until further notice. If you need Holy water, please see sacristans.
- Exchange of Peace: We will stop shaking and holding hands at the time of exchange of peace and Our Lord’s Prayer.
- Nursing Home Mass: Nursing home Masses will be cancelled until nursing homes lift their restrictions.
- Church volunteers: Please wash your hands with soap before your service and use sanitizer as needed.
- Purification of sacred vessels: We are making sure that all sacred vessels are washed in hot water and soap after use.
