Exciting News: our Church is beginning the search for a Youth Minister! Here is a message from our priest, Fr Sengole: "As I wrote couple of weeks ago regarding the necessity and urgency of a youth minister for our parish, we are publishing the Youth Minister & Theology Teacher job vacancy. This position will be the same as in past years. This person will also teach theology at Seton Catholic School, in that way, we will be able to pay from both the school and the parish. Please keep this intention in your prayers. May the Lord send us an enthusiastic youth minister who will guide and lead our parish youth." Here is the job description posting: "St Elizabeth Ann Seton Parish is again seeking a full-time position that will serve as our Parish Youth Minister as well as Theology Teacher at Seton Catholic High School. Qualified candidates will be able to develop and integrate youth ministry into parish life as well as have the ability to evangelize youth and their families outside of the church. Candidates will be able to teach theology classes part-time in an academic setting and present the Catholic faith in a dynamic, yet orthodox way. Candidates must be professed and practicing Catholics who are able to effectively articulate the teachings of the Roman Catholic Church as described in Sacred Scripture, the teachings of the Magisterium, and the Catechism. A bachelor’s degree or greater in theology, pastoral ministry, or Catholic Education is preferred. Resumes will be now be accepted until Friday, November 22nd."
