Today our thoughts and prayers are with all those affected by the devastating wildfires that have ravaged the island of Maui. As a community of faith, we are called to come together and provide unwavering support to those who are suffering. It is in times like these that our collective love, faith, and compassion can make a tremendous difference. Four years ago Tri-County Good Samaritans became an official conference of St Vincent de Paul. During these years we have planned a path for our organization to be a unique advocate for the impoverished; not enabling them, but empowering them towards a new path. We have followed the guidance of the Holy Spirit and you have supported us beyond our wildest dreams. Thank you. We have reached the first leg of our journey in our vision to be a diverse organization serving God and community, focusing on transforming families-in-need to paths of stronger spiritual, emotional and financial lives through acts of love, compassion and mentoring. Our building is now complete and we invite you to our Open House on September 10th, from 1pm-3pm. We are located at 1000 S E St. Light snacks will be served. All are welcome. Please come visit us. See how we plan to change our community and society in the years to come by loving one another.
