Work has already begun renovating/cleaning up the building. A large opening to the west side of the building had been completed and an overhead door has been installed for th
e furniture ministry. Interior rooms will be built to provide classroom space for the upcoming “Changing Lives Forever ”program. Phase II will have a complete commercial kitchen to provide cooking classes and ultimately have items to sell. A front show room that contains furniture as well as a library will be made available. If you would like to make a monetary donation, checks should be made payable to SvDP and mailed to PO Box 73 Richmond, IN 47375. Meetings are held at the St. Anthony Center in Liberty on the second Monday of each month beginning at 6:30 pm. All are welcome to join. Inspired by Gospel values, founded in 1833, the Society of St. Vincent de Paul (SVdP) is an international organization of Catholic men and women joined together in spiritual growth through service to those who are in need and suffering. Locally, our tri-parish group serves the needy of Wayne, Union and Fayette counties to fulfill two great commandments—Love of God and Love of Neighbor. Members and volunteers assist people in need and do not discriminate against cultural, religious or political beliefs. Would you like to be a part of St. Vincent de Paul? We would love to have you join us and help in changing lives forever! For more information on how you can become involved or make a donation: contact: Tony Talbert 765-220-1572 or identix00@aol.com

Calling all parishioners who are licensed contractors, plumbers and electricians! Your volunteer help is needed to bring the recently purchased vacant laundromat into a new refreshed vital building where St. Vincent DePaul members will hold cooking, sewing and craft workshops along with our furniture ministry and the Lives Forever program to those who are less fortunate. One of the mis-sions of this building is to house under one roof the many functions St. Vincent DePaul offers. If you would like to volunteer your talent to help renovate this building, please email Karen Ruhl @ ruhlette@gmail.com *St. Vincent DePaul will pay for materials you will encounter.
